Sorry to hear of your headaches. Migraines usually tend to be on one side or the other and they usually last at least four hours, going on for up to three days or can last longer.

The International Headache Society offers the following definition for migraine headaches:

•Throbbing pain
•Pain on one side of head
•Moderate or severe intensity that forces the sufferer to reduce activities
•Worsening pain with physical activity

Hope this is some help, but seek professional help rather than try to diagnose yourself.</description>

		<description>I have been having some pretty severe headaches the last few weeks but I don&#039;t know how to determine if they are migraines.  Many of them are behind my eyes but some are on the back of my head.  They can be pretty bad and aspirin seems to help.  Can anyone help me figure out if these are migraines?
